About RDN

A different kind of network — built for how men actually work and live.

Roswell Dads Network is a Roswell, GA community of dads and professionals who want to build businesses and build each other up. No forced pitches, no pressure quotas. Just a group that meets weekly, takes the work seriously, and takes itself a little less so.

01

Business, the right way

Referrals that come from trust, not obligation. We learn each other's businesses deeply so the introductions we make are ones we'd stake our name on.

02

Men, not metrics

We talk about marriages, kids, wins, losses, and everything between. The group runs on genuine connections first — the business benefits follow.

03

Growth, together

Speaker mornings, book roundtables, and spotlight sessions. We invest in becoming better operators, better leaders, and better men.

I.

Show up consistently

Weekly attendance is the foundation. Connections compound only when the reps are real. We hold each other to it — and we make it worth showing up for.

II.

Give before you get

Referrals, introductions, advice, time. The members who contribute first are the ones who benefit most. We measure the group's health by how many arrows are going out, not just coming in.

III.

Protect the standard

One seat per category. Applications reviewed by the chapter. Members in good standing. The bar exists to make sure every referral we pass carries weight.

IV.

Grow as men, not just operators

Business is one chapter of the book. We also show up for hard conversations — fatherhood, marriage, faith, failure, ambition — because that's what a real network of men is for.

How It Works

From visit to chapter member.

No aggressive sales pitch. Just four honest steps — and the door is open to anyone who might be a fit.

I

Visit a meeting

Come as a guest on any Thursday morning. Breakfast's on us. Meet the chapter. See if it feels like your people.

II

Submit an application

If it's a fit, apply for your professional category. Short form. Honest conversation about what you're looking for.

III

Chapter review

The leadership team reviews and confirms your seat. We hold one seat per profession to keep referrals clean.

IV

Onboarding & welcome

First 60 days: 1-on-1s with every member, a spotlight slot, and a dedicated onboarding partner to get you wired in fast.

The Chapter

Industries we represent.

"
I joined a national networking group in 2019 and quit after six months — it felt transactional, and my family saw me less. Roswell Dads Network is the opposite. I actually know these guys. The referrals are real. And I'm a better dad on the weeks I show up Thursday mornings.

FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we get most. If yours isn't here, reach out — we'd rather have a real conversation than leave you guessing.

Not at all. The group skews toward fathers, but Roswell Dads Network is for professional men, period. If you've built something, you show up well, and you're looking for a real community — you're a fit whether or not you have kids.

We share the one-seat-per-profession idea, but the tone is different. No mandatory referral quotas, no fines for missed meetings, no scripts. We care about connections first — the referrals follow naturally and they're better for it.

Yes — and we'd prefer it. Come to a Thursday breakfast, meet the chapter, see if it fits. There's no pitch and no obligation. Let us know you're coming so we can save a seat.

Dues are modest and cover breakfast, venue, and events. We keep them low intentionally — sponsorship partners do a lot of the heavy lifting. We'll share the exact number during your application conversation.

We'll add you to the waitlist for that seat. In the meantime, you're welcome to visit as a guest and attend open events. We review the waitlist whenever a seat opens.

No — most members are in Roswell, but we have members from Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, and East Cobb. If you can reliably make a Thursday 7:30 AM in Roswell, distance isn't the issue.

We ask members to prioritize weekly attendance — connections compound when reps are real. That said, we're a group of working dads and business owners. Life happens. We care more about engagement than perfect attendance.

Come see if it's your kind of room.

RSVP for this Thursday's breakfast. Breakfast is on us. If it's a fit, we'll walk you through the application process. If it's not, we'll have enjoyed the conversation either way.
