Terms of Membership
Effective date: August 1, 2026
These terms describe what it means to be a member of Roswell Dads Network (RDN). By applying for or holding membership, you agree to them.
Eligibility
Membership is open to professionals in the Roswell and North Fulton, Georgia area. You should be actively working in your field and able to take part in the chapter.
Membership
Every application is reviewed by chapter leadership. We hold one seat per profession, so a category may be full at any given time. Membership begins only once your application is approved.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to:
- Behave professionally toward one another and toward guests
- Respect the privacy of members and the people they refer
- Avoid spam of any kind
- Not solicit the group outside its agreed channels
Referrals
Referrals are about quality over quantity. Represent your services honestly, and follow up on any referral you receive within 48 hours. A referral is a member putting their reputation on the line for you — treat it that way.
Meetings
Weekly attendance is strongly encouraged, since connections compound when the reps are real. If you cannot make a meeting, let the chapter know in advance.
Fees
Membership dues are set by chapter leadership. Dues are non-refundable.
Termination
Leadership may revoke membership for violations of this Code of Conduct. You may resign your membership at any time. In either case, dues already paid are not refunded.
Intellectual Property
The Roswell Dads Network name, logo, and materials belong to Roswell Dads Network and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
RDN is a networking organization. We facilitate introductions and community, but we are not responsible for the business outcomes of any dealings between members. Do your own due diligence before entering any agreement.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
