This policy explains what information Roswell Dads Network (RDN) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.
What We Collect
When you apply, visit, or become a member, we may collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number
- Your business information (business name, website, address)
- Your profession or industry seat
- A profile photo, if you choose to add one
How We Use It
We use your information to run the chapter, not to sell to third parties. Specifically:
- Membership management — reviewing applications and maintaining the member directory
- Communications — chapter announcements, meeting reminders, and event updates
- Referrals between members — connecting you with other members and sharing your business details within the group
- Event coordination — RSVPs, headcounts, and logistics
Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It measures general traffic (like page views) without tracking individuals across the web, and it does not build advertising profiles of you. A small cookie remembers that you have dismissed our cookie notice.
Data Storage
Member data is stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database), hosted in the United States. Access is limited to chapter leadership.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics
- Supabase — member database
- Expo — distribution of our mobile app
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are an active member, plus 12 months after you leave the chapter. After that, we remove or anonymize it.
Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Just email hello@roswelldads.com and we will take care of it.
Children
Roswell Dads Network is a professional network for adults. Our service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify members by email. The effective date at the top will always show the most recent version.
