Delete Your Account

You can delete your Roswell Dads Network account at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what is kept. For everything else we handle, see our Privacy Policy.
Delete it in the app
Open the Roswell Dads Network app and go to Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and does not need admin approval. You will be signed out as soon as it is done.
Don’t have the app?
Email hello@roswelldads.com with the subject Delete my RDN account. Please write from the email address you used to join, so we can match it to your account.
What is deleted
- Your profile, including your name, phone number, bio and profile photo
- Your business listings and business-card information
- Your notification tokens and your personal settings
- Your RSVPs, blocks, reports you filed, and your responses to “Who can help?” requests
- Your sign-in: it is disabled, and your email address and phone number are removed from it
Your personal information is removed from the app immediately. Backup copies are deleted within 30 days.
What changes or stays
- Posts and messages you shared with others stay, shown as “Former member”. They no longer carry your name or profile.
- Your Man Card is revoked, so it no longer verifies.
- Any open “Who can help?” requests you posted are closed.
- If you held an Alliance (RDA) seat, it is released.
- A minimal, anonymised record may remain in our administrative logs (for example, that an account was deleted). It does not include your email address or phone number.
